In application of the Article L. 111-2, II of the Consumer Code, SAS NEW PLACE is subjected to the Law n° 70-9 of January, 2nd 1970, to the Decree n° 72-678 of July, 20th 1972 and to the FNAIM Code of Ethics. In case of litigation, the practical legislation will be the French Law, and the competent jurisdiction will be the Court of Appeal of Aix-en-Provence. 

For any litigation pertaining to a mandate execution, the mandator, if he is a « consumer » with the meaning of the preliminary article of the Consumer Code, is informed that he is allowed to have recourse to the mediator of the consumption, either by email to www.anm-conso.com, or by mail addressed to ANM Conso, 2 rue de Colmar, 94300 VINCENNES.
